Jimmy Choo is bringing back two of Carrie Bradshaw‘s most memorable shoes on “Sex and the City” ahead of the brand’s 30th anniversary.

Jimmy Choo’s creative director Sandra Choi, fashion designer Conner Ives and fashion journalist and archivist Alexander Fury have joined forces to curate and rerelease styles from the brand’s archives so fans of the show can start their own Carrie-inspired shoe collection. The shoe revival will bring back styles that were released in the years 1997 to 2001, with some of them appearing in the early seasons of the hit HBO series.

“We looked at three decades of work and dialed back to the first five years. Why? Because those years truly represent the heart and soul of Jimmy Choo — they’re our roots, where it all began,” Choi said via a statement. “This was a fascinating exercise for me — to see Jimmy Choo through other people’s eyes. This collection is about where we’ve come from, and what we stand for and where we continue to go. It’s a celebration, pure and simple — and Jimmy Choo can always ignite a party.”

To start with, Jimmy Choo will rerelease “The Leo,” which was immortalized as part of Carrie’s iconic outfit in the show’s now-famous opening credits. In the title sequence, Carrie wears a fitting pink tank top with a white tutu and a pair of leopard print strappy heels as she walks around New York City. The Leo is an ankle-strap sandal in leopard-print grosgrain presented on a 100mm heel, which debuted in 1998.

The collection will also include the “72138,” which is named after its original serial number and debuted in 1998. It was another shoe made famous by the show. In the first episode of the third season, titled “Where There’s Smoke,” Carrie’s heel flies off her foot as she dashed to make a Staten Island ferry and yells, “I lost my Choo!”

The scene offers a close-up look at the sandal, searing the style into the viewers’ collective memory. The slingback sandals are made of a soft suede in a shade of vintage lilac, decorated with dream-like white feathers.

The edit comprises pieces from the very start of the house, the late ‘90s through to the early 2000s, with eight styles that represent the early 2000s style and the founding essence of the brand. Jimmy Choo started under its eponymous founder, creating bespoke shoes for people, including Princess Diana. It was then established as a ready-to-wear business in 1996, with a philosophy to create pieces that empower women during the special moments in their lives.
