A long list of celebrities love designer Gianvito Rossi‘s shoe designs — and it’s not a flash-in-the-pan trend, either. Kate Middleton, Angel Reese, Chase Infiniti and Rihanna and more have sported the designer’s statement shoes on the red carpet, at events and while hitting the town.
The Italian luxury brand was founded in 2006 by designer Gianvito Rossi, who is the late designer Sergio Rossi‘s son. After working with his father for years, Gianvito launched his eponymous line of feminine footwear, which made its debut in September 2006 for the 2007 Spring/Summer Milan Fashion Week. It has since become a go-to for the biggest names in entertainment, getting a major boost in sales thanks to the British royal family. In September 2025, the label introduced its Shades of Gianvito pump program, which introduced the classic silhouette in 30 colors.
