Elle Fanning arrived at the Apple TV Press Day at Barker Hangar in Los Angeles on Tuesday, wearing an all-white Vivienne Westwood ensemble and pairing it with a pair of Christian Louboutin pink Miss Z pumps with a lustrous mirror finish.
The shoes are crafted from vintage rose-pink laminated calf leather and were part of the first release of Miss Z. The Miss Z pump features a tapered, pointed-toe silhouette and a low-cut vamp, which shows off the top of the foot. The pumps are set on a 100mm stiletto heel, revealing the shoe’s red sole.
This style also features the brand’s new “everlasting red” sole, which uses a coating technique that ensures resistance and lasting vibrancy of the brand’s signature Louboutin red without requiring treatment. The bright red color extends above the calf leather upper to the curved top of the heel, as seen from the side. The addition is intended to create the illusion of a taller stiletto.

The Miss Z pumps were created as natural successors to the So Kate, Kate and Pigalle silhouettes, and as Louboutin’s answer to the desire for more comfortable heels for a younger generation of the brand’s fans. Comfort was a priority for these shoes, resulting in an elongated toe and wider toe box, as well as padded insoles.
The laminated style was an online exclusive but is currently sold out in the U.S. The French luxury footwear brand debuted the Miss Z line in a kaleidoscope of hues of hot pink, aqua, yellow and more at the Christian Louboutin spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week. Louboutin now offers the same style in a metallic gold and metallic silver made from laminated napa leather, which retail for $1,095.
Fanning, who is set to star in Apple TV’s “Margo’s Got Money Troubles” premiering in April, styled the shoes with a Vivienne Westwood look. She wore the designer’s Bea corset top in white, with off the shoulder cap sleeves, and paired the top with Vivienne Westwood spring 2026 pants, also in white. The pants had a slightly oversize fit at the top with a more tapered straight leg toward the bottom that allowed the front of the pointed toe pump to show through.
