It was all about pointed-toe pumps at the Prada spring 2026 show, both on the runway and in the front row. Eiza González and her boyfriend, Grigor Dimitrov, arrived for the showcase, which took place during Milan Fashion Week on Thursday in Italy, wearing coordinated shoes, with the actress opting for a pair of the brand’s slingback leather pumps.
González, who usually opts for towering heels and sandals, chose the slingback pumps with a Varnished heel measuring 55mm, or approximately 2.1 inches in height. The Prada brushed leather slingback pumps put a contemporary spin on the classic slingback pumps through the fashion house’s minute details.
While the shoes still feature a pointed-toe design and a strap that goes around the ankle, the slightly flared heel adds some pizzazz to the shoes. The shoe’s upper also features a screen-printed Prada logo on top of a slightly padded leather triangle detail, which gives the shoe a modern edge. The shoes retail for $1,200 and are available in a variety of heel height options.

Slingback pumps have been trending for a few seasons. From Gucci to Paris Texas, slingback heels have become a classic staple for a brand’s footwear offerings and a favorite style among celebrities as well. The trend doesn’t seem to be slowing down, after colorful options already made an appearance on the Fendi runway earlier this week.
