Brooke Shields was outdoors enjoying the last weeks of summer, wearing a pair of one of On‘s most popular sneakers. The model was spotted leaving her Commence offices on a bike in Southampton on Saturday, wearing the sport apparel brand’s Cloud 5 style in all white.
The Cloud 5 trainers are an ultra-lightweight running sneaker that features the brand’s CloudTec zero-gravity foam, which offers impact protection without the need for a bulky silhouette at the sole. The brand offers the style now in an upgraded and updated version with their Cloud 6 sneakers, which promise an improved supportive fit, said to help runners increase their distance.

The CloudTec sole is a Swiss-engineered cushioning system that’s unique to the brand and has become a signature feature in On’s sneakers. The cushioned sole absorbs impact and reduces strain as it adjusts to each runner’s running style.
The Cloud 5 generation currently retails for $105 and is made from breathable mesh with taped reinforcements and a molded heel design that holds the foot securely in place. The new generation retails for $160 and promises an upgrade in shape and structure, a new sockliner for easy step-in, as well as a wider opening for a broader, more inclusive fit.
While the sneaker is marketed as a running shoe, Shields proved its versatility when she wore the shoe to a workout class on Thursday. Her hair care brand Commence and Torchd cohosted a Summer Sweat Session in Bridgehampton, N.Y., where she paired the white sneakers with gray workout leggings and a coral T-shirt.
On has been steadily gaining popularity in the footwear space, and has expanded its reach thanks to partnerships with celebrities like Zendaya and FKA Twigs. The “Dune” actress has been an ambassador for the Swiss sports company since 2024 and they recently welcomed her longtime stylist, Law Roach, into the creative partnership. Zendaya co-created a shoe with Roach for the Swiss sportswear brand named the Cloudzone Moon, which they debuted in early August, as part of the “Be Every You” fall 2025 campaign.
