All eyes are on Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as her “Cowboy Carter” tour continues to unfold. The singer has been styled in custom looks for each show, with multiple boots that not only complemented but also elevated her looks, including a pair of black Partlow thigh-high boots.
The “16 Carriages” singer just wrapped the London leg of her tour, marking her final concert on her six-show stint at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The singer bid a heartfelt adieu to her U.K. fans with an emotional performance, and an abundance of showstopping ensembles, custom made by luxury brands like Ferragamo, Jimmy Choo, Schiaparelli, Burberry, Loewe and more.

During Sunday’s show in London, Knowles-Carter took the stage wearing a custom-made Partlow Bruciato leather thigh-high platform boot, designed exclusively for her to wear during the tour. The silhouette features five ornate buckle details on a leather upper, set atop an 85mm block heel with a 15mm platform.
The boots were completed with the independent brand’s signature plaque. Each pair is handcrafted in Italy with exceptional attention to detail. She paired the black boots with a custom Vivienne Westwood body suit in gray with silver floral accents. The body suit featured a sweetheart neckline with off-the-shoulder capped sleeves and a long tulle train.
The look was styled by Karen Langley, along with Shiona Turini and Julia Gall. To complement the “Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit” tour Western theme, the singer and her styling team have opted for cowboy boots featuring fringe, leather and pointed toes.
Inspired by their Southern upbringing, sisters Kasey Lemkin and Lawren Sample partnered to launch Partlow, a cowboy boot brand that blends traditional American design with European craftsmanship, creating elevated, luxury footwear. Knowles-Carter previously wore the brand during her country era, which has inspired a boost in cowboy boot sales.
