Coming off a year of change, Zappos.com is firing on all cylinders to ensure it continues to offer customers the best service and experience.
In 2014, Zappos assistant buyer Allison Houghton said the company did some internal restructuring that is now allowing buyers and merchandisers to focus more on brands that resonated with Zappos customers. She added, “This is critical to the evolution of our company and our ability to surprise and delight our customers.”
Vamp caught up with Houghton to find out the leading men’s and women’s trends for 2015.
