Wolverine is teaming up with country music artist Jordan Davis to support American skilled tradespeople.
Kicking off on Wednesday, which is National Skilled Trades Day, Wolverine and Davis are launching an initiative to provide eight American skilled trades businesses with capital and resources to support their work.
According to Wolverine, each of the eight selected businesses will receive a package of support and recognition that includes $7,500 to cover business related costs, boots and gear for their team, a VIP experience at a Jordan Davis show in their area, and promotion of their business on the “Ain’t Enough Road” tour.

Lauren King, senior director of marketing for Wolverine, said in a statement that this newest program is a continuation of the company’s ongoing support for U.S. tradesmen and women.
Business wishing to be considered for this program can apply at Wolverine.com/US/en/trades-tour from now through June 7, with winners selected and announced in July. Winning businesses must employ between 5-50 people, be involved and in good standing in their local community and have been in business for at least five years.
“We want to give trades businesses the confidence to thrive – especially in uncertain economic times – and the Wolverine x Jordan Davis Trades Tour celebrates their hard work, resilience, and impact,” King said.
“I come from a long line of tradesmen and being able to recognize today’s generation of workers for all they do feels like home,” Davis added. “Supporting American trades businesses with financial support and trusted gear that’s comfortable, versatile, and will help them get the job done, day in and day out is truly an honor.”
This isn’t the first time that Davis has worked with Wolverine. In March, the duo launched the “Jordan Davis Picks” collection featuring Davis’ favorite Wolverine boots, apparel, and accessories.
Later this year, Davis is collaborating with Wolverine on a brand-new custom collection set to launch this fall.
“This is exciting for me because this partnership is the first I’ve done that really fired up my dad, which I think says a lot,” Davis told FN in an exclusive interview in March. “Wolverine is a brand that has been around the family for a long time, so this is a full circle moment. It feels real, it feels authentic, and I’m so grateful for it.”
