Aerosoles Group announced Tuesday that former Ralph Lauren executive Denise Incandela has been named CEO, effective immediately. She has also been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
The company’s CEO and President R. Shawn Neville has relocated to Colorado for family reasons, but will remain engaged in the company as executive chairman, director, an investor, and as a partner to the CEO and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, the majority owner of Aerosoles.
Prior to joining Aerosoles, Incandela served as president of Ralph Lauren Global Digital and CIEM. She also spent more than 14 years at Saks Fifth Avenue in senior roles, including EVP and president of Saks Direct, where she helped build the retailer’s digital business from the ground up.
Aerosoles is in makeover mode, implementing youthful designs and athleisure silhouettes into its collection for the contemporary comfort footwear consumer. In an interview with VAMP, Neville said the new look was “smarter, sexier, confident and inspired.”
