In honor of Teachers Appreciation Week (May 4-8), Børn and online retailer PlanetShoes are requesting students and families nationwide to share video testimonials on why teachers in their community should be awarded with a new pair of Børn shoes.
To nominate faculty, participants must submit a 60-second video explaining how their teacher has made a difference using the #BorntoTeach hashtag on Twitter, Instagram or through Woobox. The contest concludes May 14, and the winning faculty will be announced May 15.
“Being a teacher can be a thankless job. On the heels of our previous partnership with Planet Shoes, we are coming together again to honor those that have inspired students and ignited excitement in the classroom,” said Børn president Tom McClaskie. “By providing quality shoes that will keep them comfortable all day long, we hope to show the deserving recipients that their devotion doesn’t go unnoticed in what small way we can.”
