The Elton John Oscar Viewing Dinner and After Party is a highly anticipated event dedicated to supporting the Elton John AIDS Foundation and its efforts in reaching marginalized communities affected by AIDS. Tiffany Haddish, Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka, were chosen to host this year’s event, which includes a gala dinner, viewing of the Oscar telecast and a live auction.
