Brooke Shields is Pretty in Pink With Cutout Midi Dress for Swarovski Sustainability Panel

Brooke Shields was spotted out in New York City on Wednesday, styling a look evocative of the Barbiecore trend from summer 2023. The longtime model wore the pretty-in-pink outfit for a panel on sustainability in celebration of Swarovski’s new crystal pin made in collaboration with the Swarovski Foundation and the United Nations.

The “Mother of the Bride” star dressed up in a sleeveless pink midi dress with a slimming silhouette and sleeveless design. The pink ensemble featured a hemline below the knee and a slight cutout at the bustline. The A-line skirt of the dress created a form-fitting aesthetic.

Shields’ dress perfectly coordinated with her bright pink sandal heels. She also accessorized her look with a statement necklace. As for the rest of her attire, Shields added a few more statement pieces of jewelry and finished her look with a pair of sunglasses.

The iconic Calvin Klein model’s glam featured her brunette hair styled with soft, natural waves and a middle part. Her makeup highlighted her natural beauty, with bold brows and a glossy lip to boot.

Shields is in a new chapter of her life and career. The actress and model founded the hair care line Commence in 2024, with a mission to give space for women to feel confident at any age. She opened up about this new phase in her career during a fireside conversation with She Media chief executive officer Samantha Skey, presented by Flow Space, in January 2025. “There’s just so much more that I’m looking forward to,” Shields said.

“When does a woman’s confidence peak? How is it different? What’s actually going on with her scalp and her body, and it’s not all horrible and bad and the end of the road. There’s a joy in realizing you’ve gotten this far and wanting to do more,” said Shields.
