Liz Cahill has been promoted to vice president of marketing and communications at Lee Jeans.
In her new role, Cahill will be responsible for all marketing and communications for the Lee brand, including advertising, public relations, in-store merchandising and online sales. She will report to Joe Dzialo, president of Lee.
“Her determination and vision have been a driving force in Lee’s revitalization, and we are certain she will continue to take the Lee brand to great places in her new role,” Dzialo said in a statement.
Cahill joined Lee, a division of VF Corp., in 1989. In 2000, she was named manager of marketing communication. Two years later, she was promoted to director of advertising and public relations, where she launched the “Get what fits” marketing campaign and Lee National Denim Day, which raises funds for breast cancer research.
