COLD FRONT: Mountains are capped with snow; potatoes with caviar.
Now the two are meeting up in Aspen, where Caviar Kaspia has set up a seasonal dining destination at The Snow Lodge, an après ski hot spot located at The St. Regis Aspen Resort.
“They’re perfect for Aspen — the product, the lifestyle, the brand ethos,” Jayma Cardoso, founder of The Snow Lodge, said of the landmark Paris restaurant, a magnet for the fashion crowd.
Open through the end of the winter season, the restaurant and lounge at The Snow Lodge were designed by architect Antonio Di Oronzo of Bluarch.
