MILAN — The Ruffini family continues to invest in high-end F&B, and has secured a partnership with Michelin-starred Da Vittorio.
On Tuesday, the family of Moncler Group chairman Remo Ruffini said it is acquiring a 40 percent stake in Da Vittorio Group-Vicook through its holding company Ou(r) Group.
The Cerea family, founder of Da Vittorio-Vicook, will hold the remaining 60 percent.

In a statement, the Cerea family said the Ruffini family was the right partner recognizing “shared principles, vision and ambition. It’s fundamental for us to continue to grow staying true to our history and our own way to innovate. This partnership is an important step in strengthening our international presence and tackle the future challenges with a solid, long-term ally.”
In September, Ou(r) Group took a stake of 14.7 percent in La Bottega FounderCo, an Italian company that owns La Bottega, a hotel supplier of fragrances and toiletry products from brand signatures like Italian brands Culti and Ortigia, as well as Etro and Diptyque. In addition to cosmetic brands they also provide bespoke products, dry amenities like combs and vanity kits and slippers to hotels around the world.
Ou(r) Group controls Archive S.r.l. which has shares in fashion brand The Attico; high-end seafood restaurant Langosteria; the storied pizza restaurant operating in Naples since the 1950s Concettina ai Tre Santi, and Copenhagen-based technical cycling apparel brand Pas Normal Studios. Most recently, the latest Langosteria restaurant opened in Palazzo Fendi in Milan. In addition to restaurants in Milan, the Langosteria group now counts units in Paraggi, Portofino; Paris inside Cheval Blanc, and Saint Moritz. Future openings are planned in London and the luxury Sardinian resort town Porto Cervo in 2026. Miami and Madrid will follow in the next few years.
Da Vittorio was founded in 1966 by Bruna and Vittorio Cerea with the first restaurant in Bergamo. Today the Gruppo Da Vittorio comprises the Michelin-starred Da Vittorio restaurants, the casual dining DaV, and, among others, a catering establishment, cafés, the DaV Pastry Lab, the Bergamo-based pastry shop Cavour 1880 and Da Vittorio Selection shops. In April last year, a DaV by Da Vittorio Louis Vuitton restaurant and café opened in Milan in a partnership with the French luxury brand.
