After making her debut in spring 2007, Jacquelyn Jablonski took an unlikely risk. She put the fashion world on hold, taking time off to enjoy being a teen, finish high school and play on her school’s soccer team. Jablonski graduated last June and quickly proved the wait was worth it. Her career has been in overdrive, with a notable editorial, advertising and runway presence. During the spring 2010 season, she walked 58 shows (including heavy-hitters such as YSL, Chanel and Prada). The 5-foot, 9-inch natural beauty (Those cheekbones! That hair! Those eyebrows!) has exploded onto the scene more quickly than even she expected, but success hasn’t gone to her head. “When I first heard a photographer at a show call my name, I was like, ‘Me?!’” she laughs.
