BERLIN — Escada has named Francoise Rousseau to the new position of vice president, wholesale.
In this position, Rousseau will lead the Munich fashion house’s wholesale business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She will also have a “strategic global function,” Escada said, in terms of processes and procedures to facilitate global growth opportunities for both Escada and Escada Sport.
Rousseau is a Ralph Lauren veteran of 20 years, most recently serving as vice president sales women’s wear for all brands, including apparel and accessories for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Rousseau will report to Escada chief executive officer Iris Epple-Righi.
