PARIS — Swiss cosmetics concern Valmont Group has acquired Italian fragrance brand Il Profumo, a Valmont spokeswoman confirmed.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Il Profumo is based in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and employs about 20 people.

Valmont, of Morges, Switzerland, has a staff of approximately 200. Its annual sales are 50 million Swiss francs, or $52.7 million at current exchange.
