Paris’ Rue-Saint Honoré has recently morphed into a prestige fragrance wonderland, with no less than 16 brands selling perfume along just six blocks of the tony street. While many are French, some hail from as far afield as Italy, Sweden, Turkey and Australia. More will — no doubt — join in the fray.
