EXCLUSIVE: Equinox Brings Le Labo Into Clubs With New Amenities Partnership

The Estée Lauder Cos.-owned fragrance and skin care brand will replace Grown Alchemist, which first joined forces with Equinox in 2024.

Equinox has a new amenities partner.

The luxury lifestyle company is introducing Le Labo as its latest global amenities partner, replacing Grown Alchemist, which partnered with Equinox in 2024.

Across Equinox clubs, starting March 19, Le Labo’s shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, face cleanser, face lotion and body and hand lotion will be stocked in the brand’s Basil scent.

The initial move from Kiehl’s to Grown Alchemist was viewed controversially by members, given that the former had been in locker rooms for 12 years, though the brand tested well at Equinox’s Hudson Yards hotel prior to that partnership, as reported.

As for the impetus to bring on Le Labo, “Everything that’s part of the Equinox experience is deeply considered and intentional,” said Parinda Muley, senior vice president and chief of staff, strategic partnerships at Equinox, in a statement. “Le Labo is no exception — they stand out for their authenticity, craftsmanship and for being a true extension of our members’ lifestyle and experience.”

Equinox said, in the statement, that “the partnership underscores Equinox’s growing focus on beauty and skin care as integral components of health, longevity and performance recognizing skin as both a sensory organ and an essential part of overall well-being.”

The performance lifestyle company has also broadened the scope of its business, with a slew of longevity and services offerings. Facials and massages are available at select locations while at Equinox Hudson Yards, that offering even includes poolside IV drips. It also has a partnership with Function Health and, via its Optimize membership, reads biomarkers to develop personalized programming.
