‘Wicked’ Broadway Cast to Perform at 2024 BeautyCares DreamBall

The event, which benefits Look Good Feel Better, will take place on Oct. 10 at Gotham Hall in New York.

The BeautyCares DreamBall has unveiled its 2024 honorees.

The gala, which unites the beauty and fashion industries annually to benefit nonprofit organization Look Good Feel Better and support those undergoing cancer treatment, will take place on Oct. 10 at New York’s Gotham Hall.

This year’s three honorees will include Retail Champion Award recipient Michelle Wlazlo, who is executive vice president and chief merchandising officer at JCPenney; Disruptor Award recipient Tarang Amin, chairman and chief executive officer of E.l.f. Beauty, and Survivor Advocate Award recipient Katie Zickel, who is a digital marketer and Look Good Feel Better alum.

Radio and TV personality Astra OnTheAir will be the master of ceremonies, while the Broadway cast of “Wicked” and multiplatinum recording artist Loren Allred will perform at the gala.

Last year, the event drew 350 attendees and raised $1.2 million in support of Look Good Feel Better. Honorees includes Amazon’s Melis del Rey, P&G Beauty’s Alex Keith and breast cancer survivor advocate and NBC news correspondent Kristen Dahlgren.

Founded in 1989, Look Good Feel Better offers virtual and in-person beauty workshops led by trainers like Miles to those battling cancer, aiming to boost confidence and autonomy among participants as they undergo treatment. The program has benefited more than 2 million women to date.
