NEW YORK – Hudson Yards, the mega mixed-used project under development on the west side of Manhattan, is adding the VaynerMedia digital agency to its roster of tenants.
VaynerMedia has leased more than 88,000 square feet of office space at Ten Hudson Yards, for new headquarters accommodating about 450 employees. The company is joining Coach Inc., L’Oréal USA and SAP at Ten Hudson Yards, which is 85 percent committed and scheduled to open early next year when tenants begin moving in. Thirty Hudson Yards will be home to Time Warner Inc. and its HBO, CNN, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Brothers divisions.
“VaynerMedia is a revolutionary firm that merges digital advertising, creative services and technology,” said Jay Cross, president of Hudson Yards.
VaynerMedia, at 315 Park Avenue south in New York, also has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chattanooga, Tenn. “As New York City continues to establish itself as a tech center, Hudson Yards offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of this thriving ecosystem of creativity and technology,” said Gary Vaynerchuk, cofounder and chief executive officer of VaynerMedia.
