The energy of this Laurel Canyon home was felt immediately upon entering and brought the spirit of the decade to life,” said Jane Siskin, founder and chief executive officer of Cinq à Sept. Astrological-inspired embroideries, star jacquard and psychedelic paisley prints, and Daisy Chain prints are among the designs.     Shopbop, the global online shopping site, has collaborated with director, artist and photographer Quentin Jones for the company’s spring campaign, dubbed Spring Starts Now. Featuring model Chiara Scelsi and shot at Mexico’s Luis Barragan-designed Cuadra San Cristobal, the ads spotlight spring’s key trends. “We started with the idea of immersive fresh color and pattern running through the campaign to represent the spring season,” said Alexandra St.-Armour, Shopbop’s creative director. “A theme of repetition and kaleidoscopic vision was woven throughout, creating a dreamlike and mesmerizing experience, which complements the vibrant fashion styling and trends included.” The campaign will span all digital channels, including e-mail, social media and Shopbop’s homepage.     Burberry’s spring 2020 ads bring together the different house codes Riccardo Tisci has been working towards establishing ever since taking the house’s creative helms in 2018: Some more ecentric elements that came in the form of loud logos, bucket hats and sexy corsets, mixed in with classic tailroing, the house’s famous trench coats and silk separates. “I have been working for a few seasons to define a new identity and visual language for this house. This campaign feels like the beginning and I wanted to celebrate the men and women who represent Burberry – some who have been a long-standing part of my career and others who have started this Burberry journey with me,” said Tisci, who tapped the likes of Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Benji Arvay, He Cong and Freja Beha Erichsen for the campaign.

    For its summer campaign, British brand Represent took music scions Lennon Gallagher and Kailand Morris, the sons of Liam Gallagher and Stevie Wonder, respectively, to the legendary Rockfield Recording Studio in Wales for a fashion jam session. In the images, shot by Jordan Green, they appear alongside model Ed Krause in patchwork flannel shirts, tight-fitting cargo pants and print T-shirts designed by creative directors Michael and George Heaton. The campaign, styled by the designers, with hair by Charles Grey and makeup by Doey Drummond, is released on Jan. 31 on the brand’s web site.     Chloé has reunited with historic contributor David Sims for its spring 2020 campaign, titled “Handle With Grace,” marking the first time he has shot ads for the French fashion house since Natacha Ramsay-Levi took over as creative director in 2017.

    The images, art directed by Ezra Petronio and styled by Camille Bidault-Waddington, feature models Felice Noordhoff, Mona Tougaard and Rebecca Longendyke in group pictures in color and individual portraits in black-and-white. Hair is by Duffy and makeup by Lucia Pieroni.

    Ramsay-Levi said the focus on each woman marked a departure from the storytelling approach of recent seasons. “The approach is more spare. Fashion has fed a lot off storytelling in recent years, but it also has the effect of producing clothes with quite a short lifespan,” she noted.

The subsequent four campaigns for future men’s collections will be captured on every continent, with the choice of photographers yet to be defined, it added. “Honing the travel-centric core of the house, the campaigns illustrate and celebrate the formative acts and feelings shared by male youth around the globe, irrespective of culture and creed,” Vuitton said in a statement. Sassen’s images, featuring a diverse cast comprised of models and talent scouted locally in Morocco, feature the flowers that were the main theme of Abloh’s spring collection.
