Bridget Foley’s Diary: A Look Into The PVH Archives
Last year, PVH marked its 100th year listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The company’s origins date
back further — to 1881. That’s a lot of history, a lot of growth, a lot of navigating and surviving the cultural
winds. And it’s a lot of fashion. A few years ago, PVH consolidated the historical holdings of its numerous
brands into PVH Archives, a vast, state-the-art physical and digital facility based in Long Island City, N.Y.
The fashion-brand anchors: two giants of the American industry, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, whose
