Victoria Dockside is built on the site formerly known as Holt’s Wharf, a former warehouse terminal next to the train lines.

“The idea was to pull as many people across the street as close as possible to the water, not only just for tourists but for locals,” architect Forth Bagley of KPF said.
The three million square foot hub has also been designed to be an art-and-cultural district.
“Victoria Dockside will offer a kaleidoscope of experiences against the backdrop of one of the most impressive views in the world,” said Adrian Cheng, Executive Vice-Chairman and General Manager of New World Development. “This new district will provide a space for locals and international visitors alike to unwind from the chaos of everyday life.”
