“There was a real rock concert feel to the show this season,” said hairstylist Eugene Souleiman. “I wanted to create a look that was disheveled, raw and full of texture.” He sprayed Wella Professionals Elements Conditioning Leave-In Spray at the roots then used curling tongs to twist hair. Using EIMI products and GHD tools, Souleiman took a laid-back approach and kept the hairstyle cool, nonchalant and youthful. “The hair needed to look unwashed, a couple of days old from dancing away at your favorite gig.” said Souleiman. “I created an anti-cosmetic approach to the hair – a juxtaposition to the glamorous makeup look to allow the girls’ personalities to come through.”
