“In a rustic-futuristic chalet, perched at the top of the snowy peaks, the neo-folkloric and disco-revival ambiences of a cheerful season are interspersed with sporting touches...” — Georg Lux, creative director of Leonard.

“Anrealage fall 2023 season’s theme is ‘=(equal),’ which is inspired by the concept of Umwelt by the German philosopher/biologist Jakob Johann Baron von Uexküll. This picture shows the concept of Umwelt, the difference between what color human race can see vs. what bees can see. There is always another world if you become another kind of living thing.” — Anrealage

“Denim is brought forward from last season, this time in traditional black and blue, in an ongoing celebration of couture techniques through an everyday lens. Masculine and feminine codes come together where the material is cut into romantic jackets, finished with peplum, and ruffled details.” — Cecilie Bahnsen

“This season we wanted to explore the idea of intimacy and the hidden elements that only the wearer knows about. I also wanted to toy with notions of contrast; feminine embellishment on masculine fabric and different iterations of scale.” — Dries Van Noten

“Fall 2023 became a love letter of sorts to my family. As a new father, I found myself looking at family photos, rediscovering their roles in the Norwegian seafarer culture. It’s a more tailored, even elegant approach to my woman’s wardrobe. It felt right to show an evolution in my work, expand the reach without losing the essence of the Dundas woman.” — Peter Dundas

    “The Time to Listen
 is an ode to Nature.

Based on deadstock fabrics, recycled fibers and trompe l'oeil prints, the collection questions the close link between Man and Nature.

Called by the Shinto belief ‘Shishi-Gami,’ the spirit of the forest, the collection is inspired by this fictional and poetic character who is a living incarnation of Nature. There is neither a bad guy nor a good guy, but an external, mysterious and powerful force that binds each individual and each cell to a Whole.

It is through the prism of Technology that we try to bring this harmony to light.
This season's prints have been generated by Artificial Intelligence. In the creation of the flowers and fields we have added lines of code with words corresponding to human emotions to challenge this alter ego that we have shaped in our image.

Petals of lilies wrap around bodies, wildflowers grow on trousers, coats mimic leaves, necklines bud and suits like stems tangle.

The poetry is in observing this strong, resilient and uncompromising Nature.” — Maitrepierre

    “HEARTSTRINGS

From the bottom of my heart,
all thoughts are outlined in an eternally flowing endless thread
You reflect me
I mirror you
The other end is a contrast, a comparison, a seamless connection
Like duality and complementarity
Constantly merging the two ends of each other
Carrying the fullness
multiplying and overlapping
The differences and similarities between you and me
The front and the back reflecting each other's harmony of heart and mind.
Let us listen to
the concerto of
Heart and Strings.”
