Richard Hendricks: “Not quite as many hoodies this season. We have him more in sweater oxford looks when he goes to meetings. He’s trying to dress up more to also be ‘the guy in the room’ in the way he can be true to himself.”
Erlich Bachman: “We gave him a little bit more of a ‘professional’ look this season. He takes a lot more meetings, and he’s becoming a lot more serious and involved in business dealings. We keep him pretty grounded with his cargo pants and his untucked button-up shirts, but he’s in sport coats a lot this season. It kind of helps to give him that slightly more serious edge in terms of his involvement and his mind-set, and trying to be in control.”

Dinesh Chugtai: “Some of the garments we saw him in last season had a slight little boy feel, as far as short-sleeve crew neck T-shirts, bright colors, stripes. We’ve gravitated a little bit away from those this season, adding to that more serious vibe — just a touch though.”
Bertram Gilfoyle: “He wasn’t in as many schlubby outfits. We simplified him, [he has] a little bit more of a streamlined silhouette.”
“In somebody’s closet, you have stuff from years and years ago. It’s not all stuff you bought that season.”
Donald “Jared” Dunn: “Jared is Jared always. Jared has like 10 things in his closet, and he likes it that way. He re-wears a lot of stuff.”
Monica: “Monica is hardworking and smart and capable, and also, at the same time, soft and pretty and approachable….She has more color in her wardrobe.”
Lawyer in episode one of “Silicon Valley” season 3: “That character to me represents, ‘yea I’m your lawyer and I can wear whatever I want, because in this arena it doesn’t matter what we look like, it’s not important.'”
