“I”m not giving them back,” Owens said of the paper shooties that are required at the Hollyhock House tour.
The 1919 Frank Lloyd Wright-designed house makes use of L.A.’s climate with lots of indoor-outdoor spaces.
The Hollyhock house incorporates Mayan Revival, Aztec, Asian and Egyptian design details.
The Hollyhock House is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Owens, whose own furniture line is booming, was particularly interested in the tables and chairs in the historic home.
Owens signed an autograph for the Hollyhock House tour guide before leaving.
“He’s really good at selfies,” Lamy said of Owens.
