The 25 bomber jackets that Flore (aka Christopher Florentino) painted for Here/Now sell for $2,500 apiece. Though lofty for a contemporary brand that is best known for sneakers priced under $260, the jackets are a bargain compared to Flore’s paintings that go for $15,000.

Ornamental Conifer, otherwise known as Nicolai Sclater, painted bandanas, T-shirts, and leather and denim jackets in bright colors and his signature hand-lettering style for Lucky Brand. Besides infusing an air of uniqueness, the collaboration also honored the brand’s moto heritage.

Having attended Art Basel in Miami Beach for the past couple of years, Here/Now founder Eunice Kim said the artist Flore already was on her radar. She also wanted to find someone who could take inspiration from a robot that was painted on a bomber jacket she wore when she was a toddler. “His style of artwork meshes really well with this artwork on the back,” she said.
